Banana, Apple, Oat Bars

These nutritious bars are great to make in batch and eat throughout the week before workouts. They're packed with nutrients from fruits, grains, nuts and seeds.

  • 2 cup Oats
  • 2 large Bananas Ripe
  • 1 large Apple
  • ½ cup Coconut Shredded
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • ¼ cup Cashews Chopped


  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Press mixture into a 9" by 9" glass baking container.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool and serve.
