This delicious fruit bowl is great for an afternoon snack. It's packed with fiber and is quite filling with the protein and fat from the peanut butter and chia seeds.
- 1 cup Pineapple Diced
- 1 cup Grapes
- 1 large Apple Diced
- 1 large Banana Sliced
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Ground Chia Seed
- Layer all fruits in two separate serving bowls.
- Drizzle peanut butter and sprinkle chia seed.
