Fruits, Nuts and Seeds Oatmeal

This quick oatmeal breakfast is nutrient packed with oats, fruits, nuts and seeds. I enjoy this most weekday mornings as it's quick to make before work and convenient to carry in containers.

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 ¼ cup Water
  • ¾ cup Strawberries
  • ¾ cup Blueberries
  • ¾ cup Mango
  • ¼ cup Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg


  • Fill small saucepan with water and oats.
  • Cover and bring to a boil while occasionally stirring.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Serve and enjoy.
