Fruits, Nuts and Seeds Oatmeal
This quick oatmeal breakfast is nutrient packed with oats, fruits, nuts and seeds. I enjoy this most weekday mornings as it's quick to make before work and convenient to carry in containers.

- 1 cup Oats
- 2 ¼ cup Water
- ¾ cup Strawberries
- ¾ cup Blueberries
- ¾ cup Mango
- ¼ cup Almonds
- 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
Fill small saucepan with water and oats.
Cover and bring to a boil while occasionally stirring.
Remove from heat.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Serve and enjoy.
